At Slice To Go, we aim to provide reliable, fast, and secure delivery of our bakery products across the UK. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

 

 

 

 

1. Delivery Areas

 

 

Slice To Go offers UK-wide delivery.

We currently do not offer local collection or pickup options.

 

 

 

 

2. Delivery Service Used

 

 

All orders are shipped via DPD, a tracked courier service.

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking information directly from DPD.

 

 

 

 

3. Delivery Timescales

 

 

Orders are delivered within approximately 2 working days from the date the order is placed.

 

Please note:

 

  • Delivery times may vary during busy periods, severe weather, or courier delays outside our control.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

 

 

 

 

4. No Order Cut-Off Time

 

 

We do not currently operate a daily cut-off time.

Orders are processed as they are received during our working hours.

 

 

 

 

5. Delivery Charges

 

 

A flat delivery fee of £6.00 applies to all UK orders.

 

 

 

 

6. Product Shelf Life & Freshness

 

 

All items shipped by Slice To Go have a 30–90 day shelf life, depending on the product.

 

Because of this long shelf life, our products remain safe and high-quality throughout the delivery process.

 

 

 

 

7. Delivery Issues or Missed Deliveries

 

 

If DPD is unable to deliver your parcel:

 

  • They may attempt redelivery

  • They may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour

  • You can rearrange delivery directly via the DPD app or website

 

 

Slice To Go is not responsible for parcels delayed due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.

 

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

 

 

 

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

 

 

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
