Refund Policy

At Slice To Go, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Because we sell food products, this Refund & Returns Policy follows UK consumer law while also ensuring product safety.

 

 

 

 

1. Returns of Food Products

 

 

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of edible products unless:

 

  • The items arrive damaged,

  • The items are incorrect, or

  • There is a quality issue.

 

 

We cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind.

 

 

 

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within:

 

 48 hours of delivery

 

Please provide:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photographs showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

 

 

We will assess the claim and offer one of the following:

 

  • A replacement,

  • A partial refund, or

  • A full refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Quality Concerns

 

 

Our products have a 30–90 day shelf life, depending on the item.

If you believe your product is not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.

 

We may request batch numbers or packaging information to investigate the issue.

 

 

 

 

4. Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels

 

 

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

 

  • Please check your tracking link from DPD

  • Ensure the address provided was correct

  • Check with neighbours or safe places

 

 

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

 

We cannot refund or replace orders where delivery failed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

 

 

 

5. Cancelling an Order

 

 

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

 

Once your order has been packaged or handed to the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

 

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:

 

 3–10 working days

(dependent on your bank or payment provider)

 

 

 

 

7. Exchanges

 

 

We do not offer exchanges for food products.

If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a refund or replacement instead.
